I have a friend who swears by sprouted wheat....her son has a low tolerance for regular wheat.

i tend to sprout something every couple of weeks. last i tried was chickpeas and they came out so good, did them again today. also tried some black eyes beans today. have done it with mung beans and they are yummy, alfa alfa are a bit thinnish but ok. great for salads and last ingredient into a stirfry. also for just snacking on. becky bpbajona(at)maltanet(dot)net

i am experimenting with sprouting, too. my first experiment, mung beans, was a gigantic disaster --- but lots of fun was had playing with the mess ;)
