Quilts Page Updated...Hoping for a better day

Yesterday was one of those days when I had big plans for getting lots of things done...a quilt finished, new items for the shop made, photographed, and listed, and a new project started.  And yesterday turned out to be one of those days when I didn't get much done.  We had a storm the night before so I ended up watching a friends' kids who didn't have school because the power was out in their town.  Then Anson was REALLY acting like he had an ear infection.  Our doctor wasn't in the clinic for the day, so we drove to the back-up doctor's 45 minutes away, waiting for an hour to be seen, only be told he didn't have an ear infection, at least not yet.  (Definitely makes me grateful for our small town doctor who can nearly always fit us in within an hour or so of calling in with a sick kid and the wait at their office is 10 mintues or less.)

Anyway, I had a customer contact me about a custom quilt, so I figured it was time to update my Quilts page to reflect a larger sample of the patterns I'm familiar with.  Head on over and check it out.  It makes me smile to pictures of all those quilts in one place.

And after getting the quilt page updated, I realized that the piecesbypolly email I set up when I changed the name of my blog wasn't forwarding properly, so I had over 100 blog related emails waiting to be responded to.  If you've emailed me in the last couple months and I didn't respond, I'M SO SORRY!  Hopefully you got the reply you were waiting for last night.

I'm hoping for a better day today...I'm going to get that quilt bound and some new things made for the shop, so stay tuned!

  1. I hope you have a better day today, too. Today is a cleaning day and then I am off to have my nephews for the night. Oh and I have to catch a spider for a Spiderarium for Matt(not happy about that at all!).
The quilt page looks great. So happy I scrolled through this morning because I think I have to make the doll bunting quilt for a friend's little girl :)
