Not sure why it took me so long to think of this one...probably because Shield is a new product from Fairfield. (Disclaimer: I regularly design projects for Fairfield and receive compensation for blog posts and free product...but I work for them because I totally LOVE their products and would be using them anyway.)
We've needed a few of these in the house for a LONG time. We have a couple of intermittent bed-wetters. It usually doesn't make it to the pillow, but has on occassion. And even if you don't have a bed-wetter, kids can have all kinds of accidents.
They spill drinks. They wet the bed. They take their pillow outside without asking. They drool, etc. Pillowcases are easy to wash…pillows not so much. (Yeah, I know you CAN wash pillows, but they soak up so much water in the washing machine ends up unbalanced and noisy, and it’s a pain.)
