Remember those four boxes of apples we brought home?
A week later, we've made it through two boxes of them plus a few from the third box. We've been dehydrating most of them, but we did make some apple pies yesterday, and I'll probably be trying some apple sauce and apple butter soon.
I'd forgotten how long it can take to peel and slice up apples...it's been eating up all my kid-free time during their naps.
Mmmmmm....baked apples....yummy and healthy. I've seen online recipes for baked apples stuffed with cranberries, walnuts, so much goodness.
